Superintendent Pharmacist – Aldershot

Salary – £55k – £65k DOE

Hours – Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm

Dispensing – ~8500 items/month

Services – All services with consulting room

Training – offer training to become superintendent

About the Pharmacy

We are currently recruiting on behalf of an Independent, family‑run Pharmacy in Aldershot. Based in the heart of the local community, the store has been established for 40 years. They have a supportive team with an excellent operations manager looking after all the buying, 2 dispensers and 1.5 counter staff.

Role Overview

The Pharmacy dispenses around 8500 items per month and would benefit from an experienced Manager who is passionate about developing relationships with the local surgeries and continuing to develop their comprehensive range of Services. The pharmacy manager is well supported by a strong and stable team. There is an opportunity for career progression and to train as a Superintendent alongside Continuous Professional Development.
