Our client is a high-performing independent JVP practice in a thriving West London location. We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Dispensing Optician or Practice Manager to lead from the front in a busy, fast-paced environment.

This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who thrives in a high-volume setting, with the ability to drive performance, inspire a team, and deliver outstanding customer care — all while maintaining strong commercial results.

About the Role:

  • Full-time position in a 5-clinic-per-week store with strong NHS footfall
  • Leading the team from the shop floor to ensure excellent dispensing and sales conversion
  • Supporting the business owner (a commercially driven Optometrist) in delivering growth
  • Providing both clinical and commercial leadership within the practice
  • Hands-on role with day-to-day operational and performance responsibilities

  • An experienced Dispensing Optician or Practice Manager, ideally from a high-volume setting
  • Strong commercial awareness – confident converting opportunities into results
  • Proven leadership and team development skills
  • Able to thrive under pressure, adapt quickly, and bring energy to the floor
