Flame Health Audiology have been instructed to work with a leading hearing care provider in Swindon to recruit an experienced Hearing Aid Audiologist. This is a permanent, full-time, onsite role offering a salary of circa £40,000 DOE plus a £5,064 car allowance, and it will suit a clinician who wants both autonomy and the backing of a well-supported clinic.

In this position, you will take full ownership of your clinic, your performance, and the outcomes delivered to customers. Day to day, you will provide high-quality hearing care, carry out diagnostic assessments, and guide people through their complete hearing care journey with a customer-first approach. You will also act as an ambassador for our client, building lasting relationships and recommending solutions from the full product portfolio. The clinic is designed to support focused clinical work, with access to the latest hearing technology, structured appointment diaries, and strong operational and administrative support. The role may include some evenings and weekends to meet customer demand.

Our client is a national hearing care provider operating from a large network of retail locations across the UK. They are known for expert hearing care advice, regular hearing tests, and hearing solutions including digital hearing aids and ancillary products, with a reputation built on clinical excellence, customer care, and value for money. The business continues to grow and places clear emphasis on collaboration, encouraging audiologists to work closely with other healthcare professionals within its wider retail environment. This joined-up approach supports consistent service delivery and gives clinicians the structure and stability to do their best work in a modern setting.

You will need a BSc in Audiology, or an equivalent qualification, together with HCPC registration. The client is seeking someone with at least 2 years’ post-qualification experience, strong clinical audit results, and up-to-date CPD compliance. Alongside your technical background, you should bring commercial awareness, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to manage your time and administration effectively. Confidence, organisation, and a commitment to high standards will be important in this role, as will the ability to work flexibly when needed.

This role will appeal to an established Hearing Aid Audiologist who wants the space to lead a clinic with confidence while continuing to develop clinically. It is well suited to someone who values professional standards, customer relationships, and access to new technology, and who is looking for a role with clear progression into senior, mentoring, or multi-site opportunities.

This position is based in Swindon, with the benefit of a well-connected town setting in Wiltshire. The area offers straightforward access to local transport links and nearby retail and business amenities.
