Flame Health Pharmacy are currently recruiting for a Pharmacy Manager to join our clients’ family owned group in the Oldham area. Candidates with the IP qualification would be able to practice this at the store, but this is not essential.
As a Pharmacy Manager your priority should be to provide the best possible Pharmaceutical Care for all patients. Whilst commercial considerations are an important part of your role, our client feel strongly that patient care should always come first.
An important part of the role is to develop and lead a team, with full support and training from our client’s team as required. As a Pharmacist you will need to develop relationships with other Healthcare providers in your locality, whilst managing the Pharmacy to ensure it follows Standard Operating Procedures. This will allow you to offer excellent patient care, a first class dispensing service and offer all the locally and nationally commissioned advanced and enhanced services.
Patients are the priority, and they are looking for a pharmacist who is passionate about Healthcare and is looking for an exciting opportunity to help manage the pharmacy.
