Flame Health Audiology is recruiting an Audiology Area Manager for a hybrid role based in Nottingham, with regional travel across the East Midlands and Anglia. You will lead a team of clinical and commercial audiologists and Hearing Care Assistants, working with independent optical partners to launch new sites and run local outreach events.
You will shape growth strategies, monitor KPIs and ROI, develop partners, recruit and onboard staff, and collaborate with Marketing and Professional Services.
