Flame Health Audiology have been instructed to recruit an experienced Hearing Aid Audiologist for a multi-store role based in Northampton. This position offers a salary circa £40,000 per annum DOE, plus a car allowance of £5,064 per annum, and will suit a clinician who values variety, professional independence, and the chance to make a measurable difference across several clinics rather than being tied to one site.

As a Multi-Store Hearing Aid Audiologist, you will deliver high-quality, customer-focused hearing care across a group of established clinics in the region. You will take responsibility for maintaining clinical standards, supporting customer outcomes, and providing continuity of care for both customers and store teams.

The role involves working across modern, well-equipped sites with access to the latest hearing technology, a full product portfolio, and advanced diagnostic equipment. You will work to structured diaries that allow time for strong consultations, with clear regional planning and centralised admin support. Travel between sites is a core part of the role, and some evenings or weekends may be required where needed.

Our client operates within the health sector and is backed by the scale, stability, and investment of a larger hearing care network. The business places emphasis on clinical excellence, operational support, and innovation, with strong local teams supporting day-to-day delivery and continuity across multiple sites.

The clinics are modern and well equipped, and the wider environment is built to support clinicians who want to deliver quality care with the backing of a structured regional operation. Ongoing CPD, exposure to new technology, and the opportunity to share best practice across clinics are part of the appeal of the role.

You will need a BSc in Audiology, or an equivalent qualification, together with HCPC registration. The client is looking for someone with at least 2 years’ post-qualification experience, strong clinical audit results, and full CPD compliance.

You should bring commercial awareness alongside a customer-focused approach, with excellent administrative and organizational skills. A full UK driver’s license and access to your own car are required, as the role involves regular travel between sites.

This role will suit an experienced Hearing Aid Audiologist who wants broader influence, more variety, and the backing to work across a regional clinic network. It will also appeal to someone ready to take the next step toward senior, mentor, or regional responsibility.

If you are motivated by clinical quality, continuity of care, and the opportunity to help shape how hearing services are delivered across multiple locations, this could be the right move.

The role is based in Northampton, West Northamptonshire, on an onsite basis, with travel between regional clinics as part of the position.
