This role will suit an HCPC-registered Hearing Aid Dispenser or Audiologist who enjoys mobile working, values high standards of patient care, and wants scope to develop within a growing hearing care business.
This is a mobile clinical position focused on delivering thorough, personalised audiology care across a number of clinics. Appointments are set at extended lengths, allowing time for careful assessment and tailored support, and you will work with current hearing aid technology including Video Otoscopy, Tympanometry, Speech Testing, Real Ear Measurements, Microsuction and Irrigation tools. You will also have access to a wide range of products from any manufacturer, helping you match solutions to each patient’s needs. Travel between clinics is required, with expenses covered apart from the base branch, and the role sits within a business that supports earnings through a quarterly bonus structure and additional milestone rewards.
Our client is a fast-growing hearing care provider with a strong focus on patient experience and service quality. The business has built a reputation around extended consultation times, modern clinical equipment, and a practical approach that gives clinicians the tools and product choice needed to deliver effective care. The wider package reflects that commitment, with a company car or car allowance, gym membership, health cash plan, medical cash plan with counselling and 24/7 GP access, a volunteering day, and 25 days’ annual leave. Training and development are also central to the offer, with structured support for clinicians joining from the NHS, private practice, or returning after a break.
We are looking for HCPC-registered Hearing Aid Dispensers or Audiologists, including those awaiting registration. A minimum of 9 months’ experience as a qualified Hearing Aid Dispenser or Audiologist is required, along with a genuine commitment to delivering high-quality patient care. A full UK driving licence is essential because travel between clinics is part of the role. The ideal candidate will be confident working independently, comfortable in a mobile setting, and open to ongoing learning. Experience with wax removal would be beneficial if available, as training can be provided where needed.
This role will suit someone who is ready to take the next step in hearing care while keeping patient contact at the center of their work. It will also appeal to clinicians who want a role with strong earning potential, structured development, and the flexibility of a mobile model. If you are relocating or do not want full-time work, there may be scope to discuss a tailored arrangement.
The role is based across Central London and surrounding areas, with travel to different clinics required. It is suited to someone comfortable covering a broad commuter area, with access to good transport links throughout the capital.
