Flame Health Audiology have been instructed by our client to find a Mobile Hearing Aid Audiologist to work across Lincoln and Chesterfield. This permanent, onsite position offers a salary of Β£35,000 to Β£45,000 per annum, plus car allowance, mileage, bonus and flexible benefits, and will suit a qualified professional who enjoys multi-site work, clinical autonomy and a customer-first approach.

In this role, you will work across several clinics, carrying out high-quality consultations within structured diaries and using advanced diagnostic equipment and a full product portfolio. You will take ownership of clinical standards and customer outcomes across locations, while working flexibly and travelling between sites as required.

The position calls for someone comfortable operating with a good level of independence, while remaining aligned to wider best practice. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to performance improvement and share learning across the business, with exposure to new technology and innovation.

You must be a qualified Hearing Aid Audiologist with a BSc in Audiology or equivalent, and HCPC registration is mandatory. A minimum of two years post-qualification experience is required, along with proven strong clinical audit results and CPD compliance.

You should hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own car, as travel between clinics is part of the role. The right person will also bring commercial awareness, a customer-focused mindset, and excellent administrative and organisational skills. Flexibility for some evenings or weekends is needed, together with confidence working across multiple sites and taking responsibility for clinical delivery.

This role will suit an audiologist who is ready to work with a degree of autonomy and enjoy variety across more than one clinic. It will also appeal to someone who is motivated by ongoing CPD, best practice sharing and the chance to move towards senior, regional, lead or mentor opportunities.

The role is based across Lincoln and Chesterfield, with on-site work and travel between clinics. Both locations are well connected to surrounding areas and serve a broad local community.
