Flame Health Audiology has been instructed to work with an established hearing care provider in Hoddesdon to recruit an experienced Hearing Aid Audiologist. This is a permanent, onsite position offering a salary of circa £40,000 per annum DOE, plus a £5,064 car allowance and a monthly bonus scheme. It will suit an HCPC-registered clinician who wants clinical ownership, commercial influence and access to modern hearing technology.
In this role, you will take full ownership of your clinic, your performance and your customer outcomes, working within a modern, well-equipped setting designed to support high-quality hearing care. Day to day, you will carry out advanced diagnostic assessments, provide personalised consultations, and confidently recommend solutions from the full product portfolio, supported by structured diaries and strong operational and administrative backing. You will act as an ambassador for the business, building long-term customer relationships and supporting people through their complete hearing care journey. The role also includes flexible working, which may involve some evenings and weekends, to meet customer demand and maintain a responsive service.
Our client is a well-established hearing care business with a strong and loyal customer base, offering the stability of a larger organisation alongside investment in clinical standards and technology. The environment is geared towards consistent, customer-focused hearing care, with access to the latest product innovations and support that allows clinicians to concentrate on quality delivery rather than day-to-day firefighting. There is also a clear commitment to development. The business is investing in future clinical leaders and creating routes into senior, mentor, multi-site and regional opportunities as the network continues to grow. For the right person, this is a setting where expertise is valued and progression is actively supported.
You will hold a BSc in Audiology, or an equivalent qualification, together with HCPC registration. The role requires at least two years’ post-qualification experience, along with strong clinical audit results and up-to-date CPD compliance. We are looking for someone with commercial awareness and a customer-focused mindset, who can balance clinical judgement with confident product recommendation. Excellent administrative and organisational skills are essential, as is the ability to work independently while maintaining high standards across every part of the hearing care journey.
This role will suit an established Hearing Aid Audiologist who is ready to take real ownership of their clinic and work with a high degree of autonomy. It will appeal to someone who values quality care, enjoys building lasting customer relationships, and wants a position with clear scope for development into senior or mentoring responsibilities.
The role is based in Hoddesdon, with access to local amenities and practical links to surrounding towns and wider commuter routes. It is an onsite position.
