Flame Health Optometry are working with a reputable Independent Optical and Hearing company who are seeking an Assistant Practice Manager to join them in their practice in Chesterfield.
As an Assistant Practice Manager you will be responsible for assisting the Practice Manager in the running of the store. This will include supervising staff, driving business growth, and ensuring the smooth running and profit of the practice.
The successful candidate should be both technically and commercially aware with good Optometry experience in order to drive an efficient and effective branch. Ideally, you will be a fully qualified Dispensing Optician; however, non-qualified candidates such as experienced Retail Managers or those with Optical experience will also be considered.
