Audiology Partner Staines

Flame Health Audiology have been instructed to source an ambitious HCPC-registered Audiologist or Hearing Aid Dispenser for a permanent Audiology Partner role in Staines-upon-Thames. The package includes a guaranteed salary of up to £50,000, 50% shareholding with dividends, and a £10,000 welcome bonus. This will suit a clinician who wants to combine strong patient care with genuine business ownership and the scope to build something of long-term value.

As Audiology Partner, you will take ownership of an established Hearcare business and help shape its next stage of growth. The role centres on delivering clinics, developing local relationships, increasing customer awareness and making the most of a dedicated Hearcare room, a fully trained store team and an experienced audiology function already in place.

You will work alongside highly engaged optical and retail partners, with access to established referral routes from the wider business and the benefit of loyal local customers. The position also offers the freedom to build and shape your own team, with the chance to influence how the service develops across Staines and neighbouring Egham.
