This position will suit a clinician who wants genuine ownership of their clinic, a strong degree of autonomy, and access to modern hearing technology within a well-supported environment.

In this established clinic role, you will take full responsibility for your caseload, performance, and customer outcomes, delivering high-quality hearing care with a clear focus on the individual. You will guide customers through their complete hearing care journey, carry out advanced diagnostic assessments, and recommend suitable solutions from the full product range. The position combines clinical work with strong commercial awareness, so you will be confident in building long-term customer relationships while representing the business professionally.

You will work alongside operational and administrative support, with structured diaries that allow time for personalised consultations, and the role may include some evenings and weekends to meet customer demand.

Excellent administrative and organisational skills are also important, as this role requires careful clinic ownership and consistent follow-through across each customer interaction.

This role will suit an established Hearing Aid Audiologist who is ready to take full ownership of a clinic and wants the freedom to deliver high-quality care with strong support around them. It will also appeal to someone who is motivated by long-term customer relationships, clinical standards, and the chance to progress into senior, mentor, or multi-site opportunities.
