This is a strong fit for an experienced Hearing Aid Audiologist who values clinical autonomy, variety, and the chance to make a visible impact across a regional network of clinics.

This role is centred on delivering high-quality, customer-focused hearing care across multiple modern, well-equipped clinics. You will work with structured diaries, advanced diagnostic equipment, and access to the latest hearing technology and full product portfolio, while providing continuity, maintaining clinical standards, and supporting customer outcomes across the region. You will act as a trusted clinical presence for customers and store teams, working alongside strong local teams and centralised admin support. Travel between sites is a core part of the position, and the role may include some evenings or weekends where required. It is an opportunity to combine hands-on care with broader influence across a multi-site environment.

Our client is an established hearing care provider with a network of clinics supported by operational and clinical backing. The environment is built around continuity, stability, and investment in care delivery, with access to modern equipment, a full product range, and support for ongoing development. The business places value on clinical excellence, best practice sharing, and improvement across sites. It also offers exposure to new technology and innovation, with opportunities to contribute to how hearing care is delivered across the clinics.

You will need a BSc in Audiology, or an equivalent qualification, together with HCPC registration. The role requires at least 2 years' post-qualification experience, strong clinical audit results, and full CPD compliance. We are looking for someone with commercial awareness and a customer-focused mindset, alongside excellent administrative and organisational skills. A full UK driving licence and access to your own car are essential, as regular travel between clinics is central to the position.

This role will suit a confident Audiologist who wants more than a single-site position and is ready to broaden their reach. It will appeal to someone motivated by clinical quality, flexibility, and the chance to influence care across several locations. It is also well suited to a practitioner looking for the next stage in their career, with progression routes toward senior, regional, lead, or mentor responsibilities.

The role is based in Altrincham, Greater Manchester, with travel across a regional clinic network. It is a practical base for someone who is comfortable working across multiple sites.
