Flame Health Audiology have been instructed to recruit an experienced Mobile Hearing Aid Audiologist for a multi-store role based in Abergavenny, Monmouthshire and Cardiff, with a salary circa £40,000 per annum depending on experience, plus a car allowance of £5,064 and paid mileage. This is well suited to a clinician who values variety, clinical autonomy, and the chance to make a real commercial and patient-care impact across several sites rather than being anchored to one clinic.

As a Multi-Store Hearing Aid Audiologist, you will work across established clinics in the region, providing consistent hearing care, maintaining clinical standards, and supporting customer outcomes wherever you are needed. You will deliver consultations using modern diagnostic equipment, structured diaries, and a full product portfolio, with centralised admin and strong regional support behind you. The role also involves working flexibly, including some evenings or weekends where required, and travelling between sites as a core part of the position.

Our client is a respected hearing care provider operating within the health and human services sector, with the backing and investment of a larger, stable organisation. The clinics are modern and well equipped, and the wider set-up is designed to support both clinical excellence and operational continuity across multiple locations. The environment places value on high standards, customer focus, and practical support for its clinicians, with a clear emphasis on delivering dependable care rather than ad hoc cover.

We are looking for a Hearing Aid Audiologist with a BSc in Audiology or equivalent and HCPC registration. You will need at least two years of post-qualification experience, strong clinical audit results, and full CPD compliance. A commercial awareness combined with a customer-focused mindset is important, as are excellent administrative and organisational skills. A full UK driving licence and access to your own car are required, as travel between sites is central to the role.

This role will appeal to an audiologist who wants broader influence, more variety, and the confidence of working within a supported multi-site structure. It should suit someone who enjoys balancing clinical care with performance awareness, and who is ready to take the next step in a setting that values consistency, trust, and professional development.

The role is based in Abergavenny and Cardiff, with travel across the surrounding region as part of the day-to-day remit. Abergavenny offers straightforward access to South Wales and the wider area, making it a practical base for someone comfortable working across several clinic locations.
