Flame Health Audiology have been instructed to recruit an Established Hearing Aid Audiologist for a full-time, onsite position in Hornchurch.
Offering circa £40,000 depending on experience, plus a £5,064 annual car allowance and monthly bonus scheme, this role suits an experienced audiologist seeking clinical autonomy, commercial responsibility and access to advanced hearing technology.
About the Job
You will take ownership of an established clinic, its performance and customer outcomes, delivering personalised hearing care throughout each customer’s journey. Working in a modern, well-equipped setting, you will carry out advanced diagnostic assessments, recommend suitable solutions from the full product portfolio and build lasting customer relationships.
The clinic provides structured diaries, strong operational and administrative support, and access to the latest hearing technology and product innovations.
The role requires flexibility to work some evenings and weekends in response to customer demand, alongside ongoing CPD and clinical development.

What We Are Looking For
You must hold a BSc in Audiology or an equivalent qualification and be registered with the HCPC. At least two years’ post-qualification experience is required, together with strong clinical audit results and compliance with CPD requirements.
You will bring commercial awareness alongside a customer-focused mindset, with the ability to recommend appropriate hearingcare solutions confidently and support customers throughout their journey.
Excellent administrative and organisational skills are important, as is the ability to manage clinic performance while maintaining high standards of care.
