Job Overview

Flame Health Audiology have been instructed to recruit a Hearing Aid Audiologist for a role serving clinics across South London and nearby areas.

The salary ranges from £42,000 to £120,000, including commission and bonus, and the position would suit an HCPC-registered audiologist or hearing aid dispenser who is committed to personalised patient care and holds a full UK driving licence.

About the Job

You will provide hearing care across clinics in areas such as Richmond and Knightsbridge, travelling between locations as required. The role centres on delivering thorough, individualised patient care, with extended appointment times to support detailed assessments and recommendations.

You will have access to a range of hearing care equipment, including video otoscopy, tympanometry, speech testing and real ear measurements, as well as microsuction and irrigation tools.

The service offers products from multiple manufacturers, allowing you to consider a range of options for each patient. Earnings include commission on dispenses, with additional bonuses paid quarterly.

The role also includes ongoing training, tailored development plans and a three-week induction with follow-up support. Wax removal training is available if required.

About the Employer

Our client is a rapidly growing UK hearing care provider focused on audiology and hearing services. Its approach includes extended appointment times and access to a broad range of hearing aid manufacturers and clinical equipment, supporting personalised care.

The organisation offers ongoing training, tailored development and an induction programme for people moving from NHS or private practice, as well as those returning to work after a break.

The package includes a company car or car allowance, gym membership, a health cash plan, 25 days’ annual leave with commission coverage, a volunteering day and a medical cash plan that includes counselling, round‑the‑clock GP access and a shopping discount platform.

What We Are Looking For

Applicants should be HCPC-registered Hearing Aid Dispensers or Audiologists; those awaiting registration are also welcome to apply.

A full UK driving licence is required, as travel between clinics forms part of the role.

You will bring a genuine commitment to high-quality patient care and an interest in providing thorough, personalised hearing support. The position calls for someone comfortable working across different clinic locations and using a range of hearing assessment and care equipment.

Applicants transitioning from NHS or private practice, or returning after a career break, can access the structured induction and follow-up support. People seeking something other than full-time work are encouraged to make contact to discuss flexible opportunities.

Who This Role Suits

This role may appeal to an audiologist or hearing aid dispenser looking to build their career in hearing care, broaden their experience across clinic settings or return to practice with structured support.

It could also suit someone motivated by taking time with patients and earning through a commission-based package.

Job Location

The role covers clinics in South London and nearby areas. Travel between clinics is required.
