Flame Health Audiology has been instructed to recruit a Hearing Aid Audiologist for roles across Hampshire and Surrey.
The full-time position offers a salary package of £42,000 to £120,000, including commission and bonus, and would suit a qualified audiologist or hearing aid dispenser with at least nine months’ experience who is committed to high-quality patient care.
About the Job
You will provide hearing care to patients across clinics in Hampshire and Surrey, with travel between clinics required. The role gives you extended appointment times to assess patients thoroughly and offer personalised care. You will work with a range of hearing aid manufacturers, helping you recommend solutions suited to each patient.
The clinical equipment available includes video otoscopy, tympanometry, speech testing, real ear measurements, microsuction and irrigation tools. Audiologists can earn commission of up to 20% on dispenses, with additional bonuses of up to £16,000 paid quarterly.
The role also includes a three-week induction, follow-up support and ongoing training; wax-removal training is available if required.
About the Employer
Our client is a hearing care provider operating across the UK, with opportunities in Hampshire and Surrey. Its approach supports extended patient appointments and access to products from any manufacturer, enabling clinicians to provide individualised care.
The package includes a company car or car allowance, gym membership, a health cash plan, 25 days’ annual leave, commission coverage and a volunteering day. The medical cash plan includes counselling, 24/7 GP access and a shopping discount platform. Ongoing training and tailored development plans are also available to support career progression.
What We Are Looking For
Applicants should be HCPC-registered Hearing Aid Dispensers or Audiologists; those awaiting registration may also be considered.
