This is an opportunity to take ownership of a successful clinic, with the autonomy to shape clinical practice and the support of an established hearing care operation. The role combines personalised care with responsibility for clinic performance and customer outcomes.

The clinic has a loyal customer base and is modern and well equipped. Structured appointment diaries, advanced diagnostic assessments and operational and administrative support are in place to help you give customers time and attention throughout their hearing care journey. You will also have access to current hearing technology and product innovations.

The position offers a salary of around £40,000, depending on experience, alongside a monthly bonus scheme and a range of employee benefits.

The role is based on site and may require some evening and weekend work to meet customer demand.

Job Overview

These resources are intended to give you time for personalised consultations and consistent clinical care. You will work flexibly to meet customer demand, which may include some evenings and weekends.

The role also offers scope to develop towards senior audiologist, lead or mentoring positions, as well as potential multi-site or regional opportunities. Ongoing continuing professional development and exposure to new technology are available.

What We Are Looking For

You will need a BSc in Audiology or an equivalent qualification, HCPC registration and at least two years’ post-qualification experience. Strong clinical audit results and compliance with continuing professional development requirements are also expected.

The role calls for a customer-focused approach alongside commercial awareness, enabling you to recommend suitable options from the product portfolio with confidence. You should be well organised, with strong administrative skills, and able to take responsibility for clinic performance as well as customer outcomes.
