Flame Health Optometry Division is working in partnership with a highly established independent optical group to recruit a Full-Time Optical Advisor for their practice in Chesterfield.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly, patient-focused team within a well-respected independent business. The role offers a competitive salary of up to £25,000 (pro rata), a bonus scheme, and excellent benefits, with no evening work required.

About the Role
The Optical Sales Advisor position is varied and customer-facing, focusing on delivering outstanding patient care. Responsibilities include:
- Welcoming and assisting patients (meet and greet)
- Answering telephone enquiries and booking appointments
- Pre-screening patients prior to eye examinations
- Advising on frame and lens options
- Dispensing, fittings, adjustments, and repairs
- Managing collections and general reception duties
