This is an opportunity to take ownership of a successful clinic, with the autonomy to shape clinical practice and the support of an established hearing care operation. The role combines personalised care with responsibility for clinic performance and customer outcomes.

The clinic has a loyal customer base and is modern and well equipped. Structured appointment diaries, advanced diagnostic assessments and operational and administrative support are in place to help you give customers time and attention throughout their hearing care journey. You will also have access to current hearing technology and product innovations.

The position offers a salary of around £40,000, depending on experience, alongside a monthly bonus scheme and a range of employee benefits.

The role is based on site and may require some evening and weekend work to meet customer demand.

What We Are Looking For

You will need a BSc in Audiology or an equivalent qualification, HCPC registration and at least two years’ post-qualification experience. Strong clinical audit results and compliance with continuing professional development requirements are also expected.
