Flame Health Audiology are proud to be working with our client on an Established Hearing Aid Audiologist position covering clinics in Hastings and Bexhill-on-Sea.
Offering a salary of circa £40,000 depending on experience, this role will suit an experienced clinician seeking greater autonomy, strong customer relationships and access to advanced hearing technology.
About the Job
Working three days a week in Hastings and two days in Bexhill, with alternate Saturdays from 9am to 5pm in Hastings, you will take ownership of two successful clinics and their customer outcomes.
You will deliver personalised hearing assessments and customer-centred care, support people throughout their complete hearingcare journey, and confidently recommend suitable solutions from the full product portfolio.
The clinics provide advanced diagnostic assessments, modern hearing technology, structured diaries and strong operational and administrative support. You will also act as an ambassador for the hearingcare service, building lasting customer relationships while working flexibly to meet demand.
The position offers ongoing CPD, clinical development and exposure to innovation through an established hearing technology partner.

What We Are Looking For
- You will hold a BSc in Audiology or an equivalent qualification and be registered with the HCPC.
- At least two years’ post-qualification experience is required, alongside strong clinical audit results and compliance with CPD requirements.
- The successful candidate will combine sound clinical judgement with commercial awareness and a customer-focused mindset.
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills are essential, as is the confidence to take responsibility for clinic performance, customer outcomes and ongoing professional relationships.
