Flambard Williams is a specialist property investment company helping investors build high-yielding buy-to-let portfolios across the UK's most exciting northern city markets — Manchester, Leeds, Sheffield, and Liverpool. We manage a growing portfolio of off-plan and completed developments, and we're expanding our lettings operation to match.

We're looking for an experienced and driven Lettings Manager to take ownership of our lettings function — from tenant sourcing and onboarding through to ongoing tenancy management and landlord relationships. You'll be the central point of contact for our investor clients post-completion, ensuring their properties are tenanted quickly, compliantly, and profitably.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing end-to-end lettings for a portfolio of buy-to-let properties across northern UK cities
  • Overseeing tenant referencing, onboarding, and move-in processes (including Thirdfort compliance checks)
  • Maintaining strong relationships with landlord investors, providing regular updates and performance reporting
  • Coordinating with property management platforms, including Alto
  • Ensuring full compliance with lettings legislation (Right to Rent, deposit protection, EPC, etc.)
  • Working closely with the aftersales team to ensure a seamless post-purchase investor experience
  • Identifying opportunities to improve occupancy rates and rental yields across the portfolio

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a lettings management or senior lettings role
  • Strong knowledge of UK lettings legislation and compliance requirements
  • Confident communicator with a client-first approach
  • Familiarity with lettings software (Alto experience a bonus)
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple properties and priorities simultaneously
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset

Why Join Us

  • £30,000 basic salary with OTE of £50,000
  • Fast-growing company with a strong pipeline of new developments
  • A great working atmosphere — collaborative, energetic, and genuinely supportive team culture
  • Real room for progression as we scale our lettings and property management operation
  • Opportunity to shape and grow the lettings function from the ground up
  • Competitive performance-related bonus structure
