Flambard Williams is a specialist property investment company helping investors build high-yielding buy-to-let portfolios across the UK's most exciting northern city markets — Manchester, Leeds, Sheffield, and Liverpool. We're a fast-growing, ambitious business with a close-knit team, a great working culture, and real opportunities for talented people to grow with us.
We're now looking for a driven, curious graduate to join our inaugural Graduate Development Programme — a unique opportunity to get hands-on experience across every part of our business before choosing where you want to build your career.
The Programme
This isn't a typical graduate scheme. Over the course of 12 months, you'll rotate through four core departments — spending three months in each — gaining genuine, practical experience at every stage of the property investment journey. At the end of the programme, you'll choose the department that suits you best and step into a permanent role.
- Rotation 1 — Lettings (Months 1–3): Get under the hood of our lettings operation. You'll support tenant sourcing and onboarding, assist with compliance checks, liaise with landlord investors, and work with our property management platforms to keep things running smoothly.
- Rotation 2 — Aftersales (Months 4–6): Join the team that looks after investors from the moment they complete a purchase. You'll help manage post-sale communications, coordinate with solicitors and developers, and ensure clients have a seamless experience through to completion and handover.
- Rotation 3 — Marketing (Months 7–9): Get involved in the full marketing mix — from social media content and email campaigns to lead generation, SEO, and paid advertising. You'll support the team in growing our brand and attracting high-quality investor enquiries across the UK and internationally.
- Rotation 4 — Front Office Broker (Months 10–12): Step into the commercial heart of the business. You'll work alongside our investment brokers, supporting client conversations, learning how to present and structure property investment opportunities, and getting a first-hand view of how deals are done.
What Happens Next
At the end of the 12-month programme, you'll sit down with senior leadership and choose the department you want to make your own. You'll move into a permanent role with a clear path for progression — and a full year of experience behind you that most graduates could only dream of.
Whom We're Looking For
- A recent graduate (any degree discipline considered) with a 2:1 or above
- Ambitious, commercially minded, and eager to learn
- Strong communicator — written and verbal
- Organised and able to manage multiple priorities at once
- A genuine interest in property, investment, or financial services
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Why Join Us
- £24,000 starting salary
- Structured 12-month rotation across four departments
- Permanent role offer at the end of the programme
- A great working atmosphere — collaborative, energetic, and genuinely supportive
- Real room for progression in a fast-growing company
- Exposure to a thriving property investment business from day one
- Work alongside experienced professionals who are invested in your development
