About Us
We are now recruiting for our expanding Canary Wharf-based office. We are looking for a highly motivated sales broker who can liaise and communicate with clients on all different levels. Each and every client has requested information from our numerous marketing campaigns therefore there are only warm leads. Flambard Williams is an award-winning company specialist, and property investment company, providing expert property solutions outside of traditional asset classes. About You
First, you will be a person who is rewarded by producing results. It would be best if you were committed to meeting and exceeding our client's needs, wants and expectations because your success is in direct proportion to your ability to build relationships. You love talking to people because a significant part of your job is on the phone with people. You will be working with an account base of clients conducting phone consultations and follow-up calls.
The Job
In addition to the phone, you will be following up with prospects via email and must be able to manage your time to research markets based on prospects' needs and update your contacts/opportunities in our CRM system and help process clients' property reservations. You really must be comfortable in a result-driven environment and can work well with other team members, as well as start and continue work on your own. If you always need to be told what to do or are not willing to sell against high goals regardless of obstacles or rejection, then this job is probably not for you.
