Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic individual who is outgoing and reliable to be our Lettings Assistant in Manchester.
As a Lettings Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting with property lettings and providing exceptional customer service to both tenants and landlords.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and maintaining property listings, ensuring all details are up to date and accurate.
- Conduct property viewings for prospective tenants across multiple cities, including Hull, Nottingham, and Sheffield.
- Liaise with landlords and tenants to arrange appointments, inspections, and property maintenance.
- Assist in the preparation of tenancy agreements, contracts, and other documentation.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries via phone, email, and in person.
- Support with marketing rental properties through various channels, including online platforms and social media.
- Help with tenant referencing and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Handle short-term let inquiries, including coordinating bookings, checking availability, and liaising with clients to ensure a smooth booking process.
- Respond to queries regarding short-term let terms and conditions, ensuring clients and guests are provided with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Assist with the maintenance of properties used for short-term lets, ensuring they meet quality and safety standards.
- Keep up to date with market trends, legislation affecting the lettings industry, and short-term letting regulations.
Key Requirements:
- Full UK driving license
- Previous experience in the lettings or property industry is desirable but not essential.
- Experience with short-term lets or hospitality would be beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and clients.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
