What You'll Be Doing

  • Deliver Projects – Lead day-to-day execution, ensuring projects meet technical, commercial, and quality expectations.
  • Drive Improvements – Identify efficiencies, manage change, and maximise value through proactive optimisation.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Work closely with Sales, Planning, Finance, Technical, and Contract teams to ensure aligned delivery.
  • Maintain Performance & Control – Monitor timelines, budgets, risks, and compliance to keep projects on track.
  • Lead Teams – Coordinate site, commissioning, and project teams to achieve high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Resolve Challenges – Step in to stabilise or recover projects, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Support Growth – Contribute to resource planning, strategic initiatives, and future project opportunities.
  • Develop Capability – Mentor team members and promote best practice through knowledge sharing and training.

What You Bring

  • Qualifications
    • Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business or similar
    • Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
  • Experience
    • 10+ years' experience in Data Centres, Industrial Cooling, or a mission-critical environment
    • Proven success managing large-scale, complex projects
    • Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills
  • Skills & Mindset
    • Natural leader with excellent collaboration skills
    • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, solutions-focused approach
    • Strong financial and contract management understanding
    • Confidence to make decisions and handle high-pressure situations
