Are you a hands-on engineering professional with a passion for delivering high-quality projects on-site? We’re looking for a Project Engineer to join our Global Applications – Delivery Team in London. This is a dynamic, site-based role where you’ll be the vital link between our remote project management team and on-site operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead on-site coordination: Oversee deliveries, manage commissioning labour, and supervise subcontractors.
  • Be the face of FläktGroup on-site: Represent us in meetings and liaise with general contractors, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Drive project success: Plan and execute commissioning schedules, manage resources, and ensure health & safety compliance.
  • Ensure quality and compliance: Maintain site records, conduct audits, and upload documentation to client portals.
  • Support project delivery: Collaborate with remote teams to keep projects on track, on budget, and within scope.

What You Bring

  • A degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • CSCS or Site Supervisor certification.
  • 3–5 years of on-site experience in project engineering or commissioning (HVAC/Data Centre experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication, organisation, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Primavera P6).
