We’re looking for a detail-oriented and commercially aware Retail Data & Marketing Assistant to join our team with a focus on store performance. This newly defined role will play a key part in shaping how we use data to support decision-making across our retail estate. With a blend of analytical responsibility and cross-functional collaboration, it offers the opportunity to develop meaningful insights that improve store efficiency and drive commercial impact.

Even Better If You Bring
- Experience working with data in a retail or commercial environment
- Knowledge of Power BI or Power Query is desirable but not essential
- A practical eye for store layouts and merchandising
- The confidence to present your work to others
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
What You Will Be Doing:
- Deliver clear data-led reports that highlight what’s working across fixtures, layouts and sessions
- Share timely insights to support layout planning and in-store trading decisions
- Assist with planograms, POS materials and showroom presentation updates
- Work closely with the Retail Solutions Manager to improve how data drives store performance
Salary: £26,000
Contract: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week
Hybrid Working:
While you’re finding your feet at Flair, you will spend most of your days in the office where we work the core hours of 09:30 – 15:30 Monday – Friday with flexible start/finish times according to your schedule and location needs.
