*Night Shift Warehouse Operative* – Interim

Location: Hadfield – Tameside/Glossop border, SK13 Salary: £14.79 per hour (includes 15% Shift Allowance) + Overtime

Contract: Full Time, Permanent, 37.5 hours per week.

Shifts: Sunday – Thursday 22:00 – 06:30

Join our team at Flair Rugs as a Warehouse Operative during our peak period. You\’ll handle receiving goods, stock replenishment, order picking, packing, dispatching, returns, and FLT driving. Ensure customer orders are dispatched efficiently and on time.
At Flair Rugs, you\’ll get hands-on training from our great, experienced team, giving you the chance to really develop your skills while you work.

About You:

  • FLT License is advantageous but not essential
  • Adapt quickly to a busy environment.
  • Lead by example and uphold company values.
  • Be a key team player.
  • Promote safety at all times.
  • This role requires the wearing of personal protective equipment and handling of variable sizes/weights of product.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Perform warehouse activities accurately and promptly.
  • Ensure goods match paperwork during loading/unloading.
  • Store and rotate stock correctly.
  • Report damaged or missing goods.
  • Assist with inventory using a hand-held scanner.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy warehouse.
  • Follow health and safety procedures.
