About You

Key Skills

  • Demonstrated experience within a merchandising and/or supply chain setting.
  • Understanding of supplying to retailers is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of business impact.
  • High attention to detail.

  • Experienced in managing and analysing large data sets.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building at all levels.

Main Responsibilities Include

  • Optimise product assortments to ensure the right mix, availability, and service levels.
  • Track sales, stock, and margins to inform trading decisions on ranges, promotions, and intake.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to align stock flow with demand and seasonal trends.
  • Plan and execute seasonal merchandising strategies to maximise sales.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure accurate stock forecasting and allocation.
  • Lead trade meetings, presenting sales trends, opportunities, and managing merchandising projects.

Salary: £34,000 - £37,000

Contract: Full Time, Permanent, 37.5 hours per week

Hybrid Working

While you’re finding your feet at Flair, you will spend most of your days in the office where we work the core hours of 09:30 – 15:30 Monday – Friday with flexible start/finish times according to your schedule and location needs.

The process will consist of a People Team Screening, Face-to-Face with Product Team managers and the Supply Director. We’ll also be asking candidates to conduct an Excel test at one of the face-to-face stages of the process.
