Junior Merchandising Coordinator – Imports at Flair Rugs

Flair Rugs is seeking an organised and proactive Junior Merchandising Coordinator – Imports to join our Stock Control team at our offices in Glossop. You’ll manage the journey of our products from order to arrival, working closely with suppliers and internal teams to make sure everything lands on time and in full.

  • Experience in a merchandising, import, or supply chain coordination role
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks

  • Experience with container planning, stock control, or working on critical paths
  • Familiarity with retail supply chains or working with high-volume SKUs
  • Knowledge of international supply routes and supplier performance monitoring
  • Experience supporting partner accounts or managing joint service levels

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing the full order process, including raising POs and tracking delivery schedules
  • Reviewing sales trackers and managing stock pipelines to meet demand
  • Creating and uploading container and loading plans
  • Tracking ERDs and monitoring supplier performance
  • Participating in the critical path process for both sides of our business
  • Monitoring service levels and supporting smooth fulfilment from factory to warehouse
  • Managing the order book and ensuring accurate, up-to-date records
  • Building strong relationships with suppliers to maintain a reliable supply chain

Contract:Full Time, Permanent, 37.5 hours per week
Hybrid/On the Road Working:
While you’re finding your feet at Flair, you will spend most of your days in the office where we work the core hours of 09:30 – 15:30 Monday – Friday with flexible start/finish times according to your schedule and location needs.
