We’re looking for a proactive, organised and ambitious Personal Assistant to provide support to our Managing Director. This isn’t just a PA role… it’s your chance to help keep the wheels turning at the heart of our business. You’ll work alongside our MD to turn ideas into action, bring teams together and help shape what’s next. Whether you’re streamlining processes, learning how our supply chain works, or leading special projects, we’ll support your development every step of the way. This role is a stepping stone into wider leadership and operational roles, for those who want it. We love fresh thinking and value people who take the initiative. Someone confident with Microsoft 365 and comfortable using AI tools and digital systems. An interest in systems, automation, or creative problem-solving. Supporting the MD day-to-day from diary and inbox management to key project delivery. Organising travel, meetings and documentation with calm, clarity and attention to detail. You’re known as someone reliable and steady - people can turn to you when things need sorting. Even when it’s busy, you help bring a bit of calm and order to the mix. Contract: Full Time, Permanent, 37.5 hours per week Hybrid/On the Road Working: While you’re finding your feet at Flair, you will spend most of your days in the office where we work the core hours of 09:30 – 15:30 Monday – Friday with flexible start/finish times according to your schedule and location needs. Time will be spent working with the MD both onsite, home office and on the road.
