We’re looking for a proactive and detail-focused E-commerce Administrator to support our sales and product content processes across online platforms. You’ll help ensure product data is accurate and up to date, support launches and promotions, and play a key role in keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
Responsibilities
- Managing product content and listings across platforms
- Coordinating updates, launches and new product uploads
- Sharing product information with customers and keeping records up to date
- Supporting internal teams with reporting and product performance checks
- Conducting checks and audits to ensure data accuracy
- Helping manage product samples and support display planning
- Providing administrative support to the wider team as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and organisation
- Some experience in e-commerce coordination or product admin
- Confident using Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables
- Clear communication skills, written and verbal
- Comfortable working across teams and platforms to keep things on track
- Able to prioritise and follow through

Salary: £26,000
Contract: Full Time, Permanent, 37.5 hours per week
Hybrid/Onsite Working: While you’re finding your feet at Flair, you will spend most of your days in the office where we work the core hours of 09:30 – 15:30 Monday – Friday with flexible start/finish times according to your schedule and location needs.
