We’re Purpose Driven. Since 1984 we’ve grown to become the largest in our sector and we’ve carried the same spirit with us every step of the way. We’re proud of our diverse passionate team and the way we collaborate to make things happen. Our carefully crafted rugs are the centrepieces that bring rooms and people together. And that togetherness is the very essence of who we are.
You’ll Grow With Us. You’ll lead programmes that shape how we operate, gaining experience across project delivery, change management and digital tooling. Working with multiple teams, systems and priorities, you’ll build the confidence and experience to influence decisions and deliver measurable business impact. We’ll support you with the visibility and ownership you need to grow.
Your Voice Matters. You’ll play a key role in helping the business make better decisions around transformation. Whether it’s designing workflows, managing risk or improving how we track delivery, your input will be critical to making things clearer, more predictable and easier to scale. You’ll be encouraged to challenge where needed and bring structure to complex conversations.
Bring Your Flair. You’re someone who leads with clarity and follows through on what’s needed. You’re comfortable moving between teams and tools, always keeping the outcome in mind. Whether you’re facilitating a session, briefing a vendor or tracking progress, you bring calm, control and a strong sense of ownership to your work.
What We’re Looking for…
- Proven experience managing cross-functional projects with strong delivery outcomes
- Understanding of ERP, WMS, PIM or BI systems
- Strong communicator with the ability to align teams and keep things moving
- Confident translating business needs into project requirements and plans
- Commercially aware, structured and focused on outcomes
- Comfortable working with project tools such as Smartsheet, Jira or Power BI
Even Better If You Bring…
- Experience managing large-scale system implementation projects (e.g. ERP or WMS)
- Knowledge of change management approaches and how to support adoption
- Familiarity with governance models such as PRINCE2, PMP or Agile frameworks
- Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills
- A playbook mindset to be able to build structure others can follow
What You’ll Be Doing…
- Leading key transformation projects from scope to delivery across systems like ERP and WMS
- Defining project milestones, risks, dependencies and deliverables
- Supporting change through training plans, communication and rollout
- Running sessions with teams to design and validate new processes
- Managing roadmaps, dashboards and reporting for active initiatives
- Coordinating vendors, ensuring quality and keeping delivery on track
- Standardising tools, templates and documentation to support scale
- Tracking benefits post-go-live and feeding insights into future planning
Salary: £50,000 – £55,000
Contract: 12 Months Fixed Term, 37.5 hours per week
Hybrid Working: While you’re finding your feet at Flair, you will spend most of your days in the office where we work the core hours of 09:30 – 15:30 Monday – Friday with flexible start/finish times according to your schedule and location needs. In the first 6-8 weeks you’d be required to work at least 4 days a week in the office/3 thereafter.
