Based in Glossop, the role supports how we bring products to life at Flair by making sure our systems work smarter behind the scenes. What We’re Looking for…
- Experience in a business analyst or systems-facing role
- Skilled in requirements gathering, documentation and UAT
- Able to work closely with stakeholders to clarify what’s needed
- Comfortable supporting testing, go-live and adoption
- Clear communicator with strong organisation and follow-through
Even Better If You Bring…
- Experience on ERP or cross-functional system projects
- Familiarity with Agile delivery or hybrid methods
- Confidence writing user stories and test scripts
- Used tools like Jira, Smartsheet or Power BI
- Understanding of retail, supply chain or commercial systems
What You’ll Be Doing…
- Defining and documenting clear, testable system requirements
- Supporting teams to articulate what’s needed and why
- Writing user stories, test scenarios and success criteria
- Helping manage UAT, issue tracking and resolution
- Supporting the rollout of new tools and ways of working
- Keeping our project documentation structured and up to date
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
Contract: 12 Months Fixed Term, 37.5 hours per week
Hybrid Working: While you’re finding your feet at Flair, you will spend most of your days in the office where we work the core hours of 09:30 – 15:30 Monday – Friday with flexible start/finish times according to your schedule and location needs. In the first 6-8 weeks you’d be required to work at least 4 days a week in the office/3 thereafter.
