We’re looking for a reliable and organised Administrator to join our Warehouse Operations team in Hadfield, near Glossop. You’ll work with our busy warehouse and admin team to help track stock, check deliveries and keep things up to date so that everything gets to the right place at the right time. It’s a good match for someone who’s detail-focused, a team player and confident handling tasks that involve numbers and teamwork.

What We’re Looking For
A quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Someone who’s detail-focused, organised, and good at solving problems
Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A team player who’s flexible, reliable and happy to support where needed
A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and improve
Experience with ERP systems like Navision or data tools like Phocas
Previous admin experience, especially in a warehouse or operations setting
An interest in making processes better and finding smarter ways to work
Your day-to-day will include:
Managing order processing from identification to dispatch
Handling invoicing and coordinating delivery estimates
Overseeing agency timesheets and stock feeds
Maintaining accurate inventory through bin management and label creation
Booking containers, receiving goods, and updating ERP systems
Ensuring compliance with all Health & Safety and hygiene procedures

Salary : £13.35 per hour
Contract : Full Time, Permanent
Onsite Working : 5:45 – 2:15PM (AM) / 2:00 – 11:00/8:30 (Fri) (PM). These are weekly rotating shifts
