Are you detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about delivering seamless client experiences? We’re looking for a Senior New Business Administrator to join a dynamic and growing financial planning firm.
About the Role
You’ll play a key part in ensuring clients receive smooth and compliant investment and personal recommendation implementations. You’ll collaborate with Financial Planners, Paraplanners, and Investment Managers to turn advice into action – delivering an exceptional service.
In this crucial role, you’ll:
- End-to-end processing of all new business cases – from submission through to platform/provider implementation and confirmation.
- Application accuracy and tracking – ensuring forms are correct, submitted efficiently, and proactively chasing providers for timely turnaround.
- Transfer management – liaising with ceding schemes, monitoring progress, resolving blockers, and keeping clients informed.
- Payments & transactions – handling client payments, drawdowns, switch instructions, fund allocations, and third-party payments.
- Pipeline management – actively managing the pipeline, reporting progress, identifying delays, and escalating risks early.
- Record keeping – maintaining up-to-date and compliant documentation on internal CRM systems and platforms.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience in New Business Processing within financial services
- Understands regulated advice and investment management processes.
- Is highly organised with a sharp eye for detail and accuracy.
- Communicates confidently and professionally, both written and verbal.
- Can work independently but thrives in a team environment.
- Is confident using Microsoft Office, CRMs, and document management systems.
