We’re looking for a Senior Client Support professional to join a dynamic and collaborative team supporting financial advisers across a wide range of services including wealth management, investment planning, and employee benefits. The Role
- You will play a key role in supporting financial advisers by preparing client reports, updating systems, liaising with providers, and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery
- Preparing for client reviews, updating client records and requesting provider information
- Validating fund data and updating income expectations
- Producing valuation reports and supporting documentation using internal templates
- Submitting cases and assisting in new business processing
- Answering calls and dealing with client and provider enquiries
- Staying up to date with products, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Supporting advisers with excellent administrative assistance
About You:
- Previous experience supporting a financial adviser or working in a regulated financial services environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
- Strong IT skills and the ability to quickly learn systems (knowledge of IO is a bonus)
- GCSE Maths and English (Grade 5 or above) or equivalent
- A proactive team player with a customer-focused mindset
