Our client, a top 50 UK law firm, are looking for a Reception Supervisor to join a leading professional services environment on a 12-month fixed term contract. This pivotal role involves leading a reception and boardroom team, ensuring outstanding client service is delivered consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily reception, boardroom, and switchboard operations
  • Manage rotas, holidays, and workload allocation across the team
  • Line manage and support Receptionists
  • Address inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively
  • Play an active role in recruitment and onboarding of new team members
  • Coordinate team training and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Champion a high-quality, professional front-of-house experience
  • Manage high-profile internal and client events
  • Systems & Reporting, detailing visitor feedback and operational statistics
  • Use and manage booking and telephony systems (e.g., Trimble, Condeco, MS Teams, Logitech)
  • Monitor and report on service usage, equipment issues, and visitor experience
  • Identify and implement service improvements
