Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily reception, boardroom, and switchboard operations
- Manage rotas, holidays, and workload allocation across the team
- Line manage and support Receptionists
- Address inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively
- Play an active role in recruitment and onboarding of new team members
- Coordinate team training and continuous improvement initiatives
