Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking a Personal Assistant to join their team based in Bristol. This is an exciting opportunity to support a senior business leader and a fast-growing professional services team. This is a varied and rewarding role where you’ll provide high-level executive support while helping to coordinate team operations, client engagement and consultant activities. You’ll be at the centre of a busy, collaborative team, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly while building strong relationships with colleagues, consultants and clients.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive PA support to a senior executive, including complex diary and inbox management
  • Coordinate travel, meetings, events and expense management
  • Organise internal and external meetings, interviews and client calls
  • Prepare reports, presentations and business documentation
  • Support client onboarding and administrative processes
  • Maintain accurate records, reporting and management information
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, consultants and stakeholders
  • Maintain consultant profiles, assignment records and talent databases
  • Keep tracking tools, spreadsheets and reporting information up to date

About You

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
  • Experience within a professional services environment would be beneficial but is not essential
  • Flexibility to work occasional additional hours and travel to London when required
