An established and growing financial services organisation is seeking an Operations Executive to join their team.
About the Role:
- Deliver a high-quality service to advisers and customers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all processes
- Process and prioritise daily client instructions and requests related to Self-Invested Personal Pensions (SIPPs)
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, advisers, and third parties, providing timely and professional responses
- Investigate and resolve queries or complaints, maintaining a strong focus on customer outcomes
- Support continuous improvement by updating procedures, identifying process risks, and contributing ideas for greater efficiency
- Collaborate with colleagues across Operations to ensure smooth service delivery and adherence to regulatory standards
- Monitor performance against agreed service levels and contribute to team meetings and feedback sessions
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal controls, maintaining accurate records and data integrity
About You:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical and data processing capabilities
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
