About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-class customer service in both B2B and B2C environments.
  • Respond to inbound calls, emails, and live chats from advisers, paraplanners, clients, and third-party providers.

  • Resolve adviser and client queries efficiently, collaborating with internal teams where needed.
