A leading UK wealth-management and investment services firm is seeking a Client Service Executive to support its investment teams and deliver an exceptional client experience. The organisation is well-established, highly reputable, and known for providing long-term financial planning and investment management services to private clients, charities, and institutions.
About the Role
This is a client-facing position responsible for service delivery and relationship management. The role acts as the primary contact for all Client Lifecycle tasks and queries, ensuring smooth end-to-end administration and supporting the operating model for the local investment management team. Although embedded locally, the role works within a centrally managed framework.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, using business and client knowledge to deliver excellent outcomes
- Manage all stages of the client lifecycle to ensure a timely, efficient experience
- Act as the main liaison between clients, investment teams, operations, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear communication throughout
- Follow all lifecycle processes in line with the Operating Model, including account opening, onboarding, transfers, payments, amendments, and quarterly valuations
- Gather required information and produce client summaries and welcome letters
- Work with colleagues and wider admin functions to share knowledge and improve processes
- Serve as the first point of contact for administration queries, including attending client meetings and leading discussions on admin matters
- Handle more complex processes such as estates, deceased clients, and probate
Measures of Success
- High accuracy in maintaining client support systems and data
- Identification and escalation of opportunities for operational efficiency and process improvement
- Full ownership of administration activity, reducing the admin burden on Investment Managers
- Active participation in Client Support meetings and contribution of best-practice ideas
- Effective collaboration across teams and departments
- Proactive involvement in project work or working groups
- Positive engagement with change and new technology
- Consistent demonstration of the firm’s values
About You
- Experience in a similar Financial Services role managing end-to-end administration processes
- Client-facing experience (desirable)
- Investment Operations Certificate (desirable)
- Progression from a CSA role or equivalent external experience
- GCSEs (A–C) in English and Maths or equivalent
- Broad understanding of the firm’s proposition suite
- Knowledge of the regulatory environment
- Understanding of the products and services offered
