Health Assessor

Job Description Are you an experienced medical underwriter with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering excellent customer service? Our Client, an award-winning insurance firm, is looking for a Health Assessor to join their forward-thinking organisation. Key Responsibilities: Assess Health Declarations for a variety of protection product lines Prepare and adjust policy terms using standard templates Request and manage medical evidence from customers and third parties Respond to customer queries and resolve complaints in line with regulations Contribute to process improvements that enhance the customer experience Collaborate effectively within a team to deliver service excellence About You: Experience within a medical underwriting team GR1 or other relevant industry qualifications (preferred) Strong understanding of underwriting manuals, processes, and protection insurance products Customer-focused, inquisitive, and able to challenge processes constructively Effective communicator with strong organisational skills Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines Join a team where curiosity and collaboration are encouraged, and where you can contribute to building better futures for customers.
