Are you a proactive and detail-oriented administrator with experience in timesheet processing and invoicing? Due to recent expansion, our client is seeking a Finance Administrator to join their team as soon as possible on a part-time temporary basis (16β24 hours per week for 1-2 months). This is an excellent opportunity to support a rapidly expanding business and play a key role in the administration of their growing contractor workforce. Key Responsibilities: Receiving and processing contractor timesheets on a weekly and monthly basis Reconciling timesheets and resolving any discrepancies or queries Raising, reviewing and issuing invoices accurately and efficiently Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with internal processes About You: Previous experience in timesheet administration, invoicing, finance administration, or a similar role Strong attention to detail with excellent accuracy Proactive, organised and able to manage multiple tasks effectively Confident communicator with strong problem-solving skills Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of your workload This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator looking for a flexible, part-time, temporary role within a growing and dynamic organisation.
