Our client is looking for a Compliance Manager to support the delivery of an effective, risk-based Compliance Programme.

Key responsibilities Support the delivery of the Compliance Programme, helping to identify, assess and manage compliance risks.
Provide practical compliance advice and constructive challenge across projects, strategic change and day-to-day business activity.
Monitor regulatory obligations, conduct outcomes and emerging compliance themes.
Produce clear reporting and management information for senior stakeholders and governance forums.
Identify breaches, control weaknesses and areas of compliance vulnerability, supporting effective escalation and remediation.
Work collaboratively with teams across Risk, Financial Crime, Change, Operations and wider business functions.
Support the development of policies, procedures and compliance training.
Keep up to date with regulatory developments and translate them into practical guidance for the business About you Strong working knowledge of FCA requirements and UK financial services regulation.
Pragmatic judgement with the ability to apply regulation in a practical, outcome-focused way.
Clear communication skills, with the confidence to explain complex issues simply and effectively.
Ability to provide constructive, evidence-based challenge while building trusted stakeholder relationships.
Strong risk and control mindset, with experience identifying issues and driving remediation.
