Do you have experience in adviser support in a wealth management or wealth platform firm?

Our client, a growing wealth platform, is looking for a Client Support Adviser to join their Bristol-based team.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Resolve adviser queries over the phone and email, and work proactively to enable them to become self-sufficient on the platform.
  2. Deal with administrative tasks relating to the platform.
  3. Establish strong working relationships with advisers, proactively looking for feedback and developing initiatives as a result.
  4. Keep up to date with industry regulations and changes.

About you:

  1. Strong knowledge of products in the UK financial services industry, including ISAs and Pensions.
  2. Experience within a client-facing role, with a focus on customer service.
  3. Proactive mindset.
  4. Outstanding communication skills, with a professional demeanor.
