Our client, a leading international wealth management platform, is looking for a CASS Manager to join their team. This is a key role focused on overseeing the firm’s CASS risk and control framework, ensuring compliance with FCA regulations and supporting the delivery of high-quality outcomes for clients and advisers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the day-to-day oversight of client money and asset reconciliations
- Maintain and enhance the firm’s CASS risk and control framework
- Monitor, identify, and escalate potential risks, breaches, or areas for improvement
- Coordinate and support internal and external CASS audits
- Produce and review CMAR returns and other regulatory reports
- Support and advise teams across the business on CASS-related matters
- Contribute to strategic change initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance is maintained
- Line manage a small team, supporting their development and performance
About you:
- Strong technical knowledge of FCA CASS rules (particularly chapters 1, 1A, 6, 7, 9, and 10)
