Our client, a dynamic and growing international insurance services company, is looking for a Pricing Analyst to join their friendly and collaborative team based in Cardiff.

Responsibilities

• Analyse competitive position, customer behaviour, claims, and profitability to inform pricing recommendations
• Build and maintain models to assess pricing performance and overall profitability
• Design and evaluate tests to compare the effectiveness of pricing structures
• Monitor and assess competitor pricing activity
• Review and provide feedback on team models and proposals
• Support pricing meetings and prepare materials for management and governance forums
• Collaborate across the business to support projects and initiatives
• A varied role with the opportunity to make a tangible impact across the business

About you

• Strong data analysis skills to support decision making, including identifying and explaining trends
• Experience using analytical tools such as Snowflake, Python, R, and Power BI
• Excellent communicator, able to present complex insights to technical and non-technical audiences
